Reservoir, dam and drought monitoring

Water authorities and hydropower operators need to track reservoir levels and dam storage through drought and refill cycles across their whole system. Gauges are sparse and coarse products miss small reservoirs. ETD's frequent 2 m multispectral and 1 m visual make surface-area change — and the exposed shorelines and ruins of a drought — directly measurable at every reservoir, worldwide.
